A long-time adventurer and admirer of the amazon jungle Neo came here first in 2015 from Florida, USA to research Kambo and the Indigenous medicine traditions well known in this region. After falling in love with the wild biodiverse jungles he found here, he decided to establish certain infrastructure needed in Iquitos. Neo's 25 years background in adventure real estate helped allow him to identify key resources and collaborate with key individuals in the region. Neo established an NGO called the Emerald Forest Sanctuary Initiative to preserve and protect large tracks of land from deforestation and logging, he established a relationship with the indigenous Shipibo and Matses tribes to further study and preserve the ethnobotanical richness of the area.  Neo felt it  important to create a plastic recycling initiative as well. He currently is developing several lands into conscious eco villages with sustainable food forests for future generations.  He is the Founder and visionary of Iquitos Real Estate and is here to support a beautiful vision for a brighter future for Iquitos and the surrounding jungles. 

A lifetime resident and tour guide of Iquitos and the greater amazonian region of Peru, originally from the Yagua Tribe located in Ecuador after some instability in Ecuador and tribal dangers to his people Alex's family moved to Iquitos when he was a young boy. Educated in English and the Eco Tourism hospitality industry, he has supported in development of many eco-retreat and adventure companies over the past decade. He specializes in working alongside foreigners assisting them with residency and business development opportunities in the Iquitos region for last 35 years. Alex plays a critical role in development and networking, helping to firmly establish our customers purchasing investment properties and enjoying the amenities of the amazon paradise.
